About the role
The mission, should you choose to accept it, is to support our current Senior Talent Acquisition Partner with finding the best talent in the market.  We need someone who has high energy and thrives in a fast-paced environment.  Your responsibilities will include but not be limited too, creating ads, reference checking, screening, utilising social media for job campaigns and lots of ad hoc tasks.  This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to gain experience in the recruitment industry.  Full training will be provided!
  
Essential skills
  • 1+ years experience in an administrative role, ideally from the recruitment industry
  • Exceptional relationship building skills
  • Excellent customer and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to prioritise conflicting demands in a busy environment to achieve ambitious deadlines
  • Is proactive and takes initiative
  • Highly autonomous, with proven ability to manage own workload effectively
  • Ability to work with ambiguity and change
  • Remains calm under pressure
