About the role
Our ERP Support Analyst will provide assistance to stakeholders in the business for using the ERP system. You will work in a team to provide effective, documented ERP solutions, ensure ERP data integrity and help provide analysis that can improve business operations. 

Essential skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Science/Computing, or equivalent industry/trade qualification
  • Experience working with Enterprise Resource Planning Systems in a manufacturing environment
  • Computer literate, comfortable working with windows
  • Good attention to detail - accurate documentation required
  • The ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines
  • Where required, to work extended hours to resolve critical issues and to complete tasks that cannot be done during normal system times.
  • Proven communication skills and the ability to build strong working relationships
  • Training and support experience.
Desirable skills
  • Knowledge of Infor LN or Baan ERP systems.
  • Experience providing ERP support.
